LOOK: Earth Jam Session Happening Tomorrow, June 27!

Catch your fave artists as they serenade us from the comforts of our home!

As the global pandemic brought about by COVID-19 rages on, we turn to our favorite musicians and artists more and more—in them, we find comfort and solace, and often times, we’re just looking for a nice beat to rock out to, after a long day of working from home.

That being said, one of the many positives that came out of this global catastrophe was the fact that, with so many people working from and staying at home, greenhouse gases have been drastically reduced, and the environment at large finally got its much needed rest. However, one organization wants to take that a step further, specifically by calling to attention more ways we can do to be kinder to Mother Earth.

As a way to raise funds for their environmental projects, Earthday Jam Foundation had set up its first-ever digital music show celebrating June as World Environment Month. The fundraiser, aptly titled Earth Jam Session, is set to happen tomorrow, June 27, 2020 at 8:30 PM, Manila time. The show will be done completely online, with artists serenading us from their very own homes and studios. Artists slated to appear include Autotelic, Gloc-9, Ice Seguerra, Jaya, Karylle, and so many more. Plus, the Earthday Jam Foundation will officially launch its “Kantalikhasan” songwriting competition!

It’s a great move on the part of the foundation to host its concert online, as it’s perhaps the most eco-friendly way available to us now. The entire event will be hosted by Midi Gentica, Pam Nieva, and Lou Bonnevie. Check out the full lineup of artists below:
